The Championship Organizer reserves the right not to accept any entries from applying competitors whose status is unclear according to the organizer’s rules and conditions.

Substitution of partners is strictly prohibited in the same event.

All competitors must be present and checked in on time for their registered events. Late arrivals will not be allowed to compete and will be disqualified.

Children must have parents’ or guardians’ consent and supervision to be eligible to participate.

The adjudicators’ decision shall be final and no correspondence will be entertained.

The Organizer reserves the right to change the programme of events without prior notice if it deems necessary.

The Organizer reserves the right to cancel events with less than two (2) competing couples without prior notice.

The Organizer will not accept any liabilities, claims for injuries, damages or losses suffered by competitors during and after the Championship.

All persons attending the Championship — guests, spectators, competitors or officials — are bound by the rules and, by participating, automatically agree to abide by them.

Amateur competitors are not allowed to participate in any non-Amateur events, with the exception of Youth Under 19 and Junior Under 16.

Date of birth must be stated in the entry form, and proof of age may be requested by the Organizer if demanded.

Proof of age for Under 8, 10, 12, 14, 16 and 19 events may be requested in case of disputes; the Chairman / Organizer presides over the matter and their decision is final.

In the event of any question or dispute arising out of any point not expressly stated in the rules, the Organizer reserves the right to use its own discretion to resolve the matter.

Entry fees submitted and confirmed by the Organizer cannot be refunded and are not allowed to change for other events.

Confirmed hotel bookings through the Organizer will be charged accordingly in the event of cancellations or no-show.

Age limits — Youth, Junior, Juvenile & Solo: based on year of birth. Senior Over 35: one partner at least 35 and the other at least 30. Over 45: at least 45 / 40. Over 55: at least 55 / 50. Over 65: at least 65 / 60. Senior eligibility is determined by the age reached during the calendar year of the competition.
